A full-time position is immediately available for a marketing liaison/community outreach coordinator at our South King County radiology practice and medical imaging centers. This is an on-site position.
Who are you?
At your core, you are a people person and networker who loves a good conversation. You are trained in digital media or have an interest. You are our relatable and energetic Community Outreach Coordinator joining our two-person Marketing Team. Driven by curiosity, professionalism, and a passion for healthcare-related communications, you are excited to take part in improving patient care by conveying our practice's services and specialties to referring medical offices and patients. You enjoy meeting new people and have reliable transportation to make office visits each day.
Due to your communication, marketing, or related training in a four-year college degree program, you are well-equipped to coordinate with providers and site personnel to implement strategic marketing plans.
What does your day look like?
Your day begins in your office at the Renton imaging center. From that office you will coordinate with marketing team members, be briefed on our newest business developments, and help plan, prepare, and analyze marketing campaigns and events. More specifically, you may assist with Facebook marketing, Google Ad Words, website materials, and copy for educational communications.
The majority of your day is out in the field reaching out to physician offices and medical clinics in your assigned region. You will act as a representative of our practice to offices who frequently have questions, concerns, or new needs for the patients that they refer to our imaging centers. While out in the field, you will track work activity and business intelligence on the clinics and providers to help our radiologists better understand their needs.
As a result of your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a busy environment, you are cultivating and targeting new and existing health care provider relationships to support patient services, provider assistance, and yield referral growth.
Who are we?
We are Vantage Radiology & Diagnostic Services. Our practice provides medical imaging services (e.g. Xray, Ultrasound, MRI, CT scans, etc.) for UW Valley Medical Center, MultiCare Auburn Medical Center, and Overlake Breast Center. Since 1970, we have been providing outpatient and inpatient diagnostic and imaging services to the King County medical community. The practice has since grown to include more than 30 board-certified radiologists who want their marketing team to convey the industry-leading technology and procedures to medical offices who need reliable imaging to care for their patients.
