Amaya Family Law is seeking a highly motivated and detail- orientated Client Services Representative to join our dynamic legal team. As a Client Services Representative, you will provide essential support to our legal team my onboarding quality prospective clients. This is a full-time position. This position will be hybrid (remote and in person). This position will also provide administrative support by way of client management and scheduling related needs.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage the intake of prospective clients;
Perform as client liaison for legal team and clients;
Manage the offboarding of existing clients;
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining attorney calendar, scheduling client appointments;
Any and all other duties as assigned by attorney.
Qualifications:
Keen attention to detail;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Ability to manage time and multiple deadlines seamlessly, including the ability to work independently;
Ability to take direction and work as a member of the team;
Ability to track time in billing software;
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
High degree of proficiency in Adobe Acrobat;
Experience working with Clio Grow and Clio Manage a plus;
Experience in law firm a plus;
Ability to problem-solve and to think outside the box;
A natural sense of curiosity, motivation, and a strong work-ethic; and
Ability to have fun and remain humble while providing exceptional service to our clients and team members.
