CMG Law has an opening for a full-time personal injury litigation Paralegal to provide support to our legal team based in Seattle, Washington. Founded in 1980, CMG Law has decades of experience in prosecuting medical malpractice cases and has successfully resolved cases ranging from birth injuries to wrongful death. The CMG Law attorneys and staff provide their clients with a high level of professional service along with vigorous advocacy of their interests.
The ideal candidate will be a polished and flexible professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Organize and maintain case files and documents using document management system.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing dictations.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for attorneys.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Prepare for and attend client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files.
Other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation
Knowledge of legal drafting and familiarity with common legal terminology

Strong MS office skills and able to learn new software quickly and independently.
Excellent and professional command of the English language in a written and verbal capacity
Operates with a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage conflicting priorities while respecting tight deadlines.
Proven ability to establish professional working relationships with colleagues and external clients.
