We are a small but busy law firm in Everett, WA seeking a skilled and detail-oriented paralegal or office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in legal writing skills, filing legal documents, managing appointments, and handling client intake. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Draft and edit legal documents, motions, forms, and correspondence
File legal documents with courts and other government agencies
Manage attorney calendars, hearings, and client appointments
Conduct client intake and maintain and organize case files
Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Legal writing and organizational skills
Knowledge of legal procedures and court filings
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
This is an in-office position with competitive pay based on experience.
