Location: Hybrid (Work from Home or Office) – Required court appearances in Thurston, Pierce, King, and Mason Counties

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in family law, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division. Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law cases, including hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.
Draft and review legal documents, such as petitions, motions, settlement agreements, and parenting plans.
Provide legal counsel to clients regarding their rights, obligations, and options in family law matters.
Appear in court for hearings and trials in Thurston, Pierce, King, and Mason counties.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved.
Stay up-to-date on developments in family law and relevant statutes.
Qualifications:
Current Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) license in good standing.
Minimum of [X] years of experience practicing family law.
Strong knowledge of Washington State family law, including divorce, custody, child support, and other related matters.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with a team.
Ability to appear in court in Thurston, Pierce, King, and Mason counties as needed.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
