The role involves handling a variety of tasks such as storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. Our aim is to boost efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Order Preparation: Efficiently prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping).
Stock Management: Receive and process incoming warehouse stock (picking, unloading, labeling, storing).
Inventory Control: Maintain high quality standards during inventory audits and controls.
Work Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace, optimizing space utilization.
Inventory Logging: Maintain accurate diary logs for inventory tracking.
Discrepancy Reporting: Report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Team Communication: Foster clear and effective communication with supervisors and coworkers.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventatively.
Standards Compliance: Adhere to quality service standards and follow procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Worker.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
Knowledge: Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Physical Ability: Capacity to lift heavy objects.
Certification: Valid forklift license.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
