Underground Utility Excavation

My company is currently looking to hire (5) laborers to work on a crew to excavate for underground utilities using a vacuum truck. No experience necessary. We are currently located in North Bend, WA about 10 minutes east of Issaquah but we are moving to the Auburn, Kent or Renton area in the next 4 months or so. I am looking for candidates that aren't afraid of hard work or getting dirty. This is a good job with full time hours Monday-Friday and a great opportunity for you. Starting pay is $26.00 per hour with a 90 day bump to $27.00 per hour.

Air Vacuum Excavation Technician qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Valid Driver’s License

Obtain an Enhanced Driver’s License within 3 months of employment.

Clean driving record

Able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Ability to safely maneuver, drive, and operate a vacuum truck (CDL not required)

Ability to communicate daily tasks and work in a team environment.

Ability to work nights, weekends and also day shift as needed.

Air Vacuum Excavation Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Learn the operation of air vacuum excavation equipment and utility designating equipment.

Use of tools and equipment to conduct utility investigations, including jackhammer, pogo-tamper compressor blower, vacuum hose, air lance, and hand tools.

Drive commercial motor vehicles, however a CDL license is not required.

Complete daily logs of work performed.

Perform daily basic vehicle maintenance.
