Looking for a Full Time employee:
Mon-Fri. 8-430(occasional shorter and longer days)
Pay rate: Groundsman 180.00-250/day based on skills, experience and certifications
we are a local company that's been around since 1992 so we aren't going anywhere and one of the fewer companies that will keep you busy through the winter. Great team, new and well maintained equipment to help the crew work efficiently.
Description:
Looking for and experienced Groundman who can fill a lead position
(Drive Vehicles, run basic aboraculture equipment, Drag brush, move rounds, attention to detail on clean up, etc)
Other Expectations/Duties:
- must have dependable transportation to and from work (Valid Drivers License)
- BE ON TIME
- reliable individual, self-motivated
- a can-do, positive, upbeat attitude
- good communication skills: active listening and clear speaking
- drug-free
- physically fit, ability to lift and drag heavy loads
- willing to work in any weather conditions, passion for outdoors
- must be able to follow complex series of instructions and work under pressure
- work as part of a crew
- hauling and loading wood into truck
