Job Specifications:

Housing: May Be Available

Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 /hr

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

Skill Level: Intermediate, Advanced

Job Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of the warehouse and facilities maintenance

Scheduling and time sheet management

Performance management of seasonal staffing

Ensure the completion of all daily tasks and projects

Serve as the point of contact when the manager is unavailable

Assist in the safe moving and storage of food deliveries

Assist in moving and handling recyclable, compostable, and landfill materials

Assist in the proper cleaning and maintenance of all lodges, including restrooms

Maintain regular maintenance schedules for equipment, restrooms, etc. in coordination with other departments

Help plan and coordinate larger projects

Develop training materials and train seasonal staff

Hold daily team meetings

Hold team accountable for daily tasks, schedules, safety, etc.

Assist in hiring and developing talent

Assist in all components of the sustainability program- develop training materials, waste tracking, procedure updates, and initial and ongoing training for all departments during the winter season, holding regular ‘Green Team’ meetings

Assist in base area snow removal activities

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks

Ability to drive resort trucks

Ability to receive skid steer training, and safely operate to perform daily duties

Ability to receive snow blower training, and safely operate

Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe

Comfortable working both inside and outside in all seasonal weather conditions

Ability to lift 50 Lb.

Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently

Ability to work weekends and holidays

Washington state food handlers card

Preferred Experience:

Warehouse experience

Housekeeping or janitorial experience

Previous experience leading and working in team settings

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $23.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
