Hiring a Full Time Construction Superintendent
Description
We are seeking to hire an experienced superintendent to plan, lead, and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. Superintendent will organize, control, and oversee construction procedures to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner and within budget costs. Must be well versed, and knowledgeable in all construction terminology, industry, and operational procedures. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work and get along with people on a professional level.
Skills
-In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and business management principles.
-Ability to read, understand and translate blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.
-Knowledgeable with construction apps and MS Office programs.
-Able to plan, lead, and supervise budgets, scheduling, and timelines on construction projects.
-Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
-Quality work and results are a must.
Position: Full Time (Monday – Friday)
