Job title: Stokes Auction Merchandise Handler - Auction Associate

Full Time, 40-hour week, 1-2 partial Saturdays (usually no more than 3 hours)

Semi-Monthly Pay

JOB DESCRIPTION

Moving and loading furniture from various locations which may include, shop equipment and merchandise.

Meeting with clients and handling consignments.

Setting up the same merchandise

Photograph, write title, measurements and description for merchandise.

Check in vehicles, driving and parking vehicles

Clean up and making workspace tidy.

Auction check out, moving merch so buyer can pick up.

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS

Able to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment

English language skills and handwriting

Self-motivated

Capable of lifting and moving 70 pounds or more, carrying heavy items down and upstairs.

Ability to work independently but also with the crew

Enjoy activity, change and a different challenge each day.

Your own reliable transportation

Driver’s license and good driving record

Starting pay

$21.00 per hour

Benefits

Paid holidays: New Years Eve & Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day & either July 3 or 5th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Friday after.

Bonuses for work well done each quarter, after working 6 months

40 hour paid vacation after completing one year.

Paid family and medical leave 1.5 hours per 40 hours worked.

Unpaid holiday break in December, can use PFML accrued. (2025 dates closed are Dec 24-Jan 2)
