Skilled Carpenter:
A local, well-established commercial developer is adding to their construction team, and they’re looking to add a Skilled Carpenter. This job is perfect for someone who is interested in growing their skill sets with a team-oriented company. The ideal candidate will be someone who is hardworking, professional, and comfortable with finishing doors, frames, hardware, toilet accessories, casework, and misc. construction items. This client requires team members to have a high standard for safety, work ethic, and teamwork.
Skilled Carpenter Responsibilities:
Maintain material handling equipment in safe and good working condition.
Operate manual material handling equipment such as hand jacks and wheeled carts safely.
Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
You will learn about safety precautions and be expected to be compliant at all times.
Working with doors, frames, hardware, toilet accessories, casework, and misc. finish construction items.
Skilled Carpenter Qualifications:
Must have residential, commercial, ground up, or TI project experience.
Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc. as the job requires.
Able to work independently and as a team, follow instructions, and prioritize tasks.
Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
Any training or safety certifications are a plus.
