Full Job Description.
Sander Groves Landscaping, a full service high-end residential landscape and design/build company, is looking for a Seasonal Color and Holiday Décor Manager. The Seasonal Color and Holiday Décor Manager is a hands-on position that actively oversees all aspects of the annual flower and holiday décor sales and installations. The qualified candidate will manage a high-end residential book of work. This position requires an organized, creative individual that enjoys a fast-paced environment with a commitment to the highest quality customer service standards.
Duties:
Responsible for continued sales and growth of the division, installation, and maintenance within the Seasonal Color Division.
Effectively communicate with clients, crews, and managers.
Manage scheduled deliveries and installations.
Plant and bulb ordering directly from suppliers
Chemical and bulk material procurement (i.e. potting soil, fertilizers, slug baits, insecticides).
Initial Client contact and appointment scheduling.
Contract preparation and presentation to Client.
Scheduling of contract installations.
Preparation of billing upon completion.
Ensure profitability with timely, well-orchestrated installations.
Oversee maintenance of seasonal color installations.
Maintaining professionalism of personnel and appearance through enforcement of company policies (i.e. on-site smoking, proper handling of chemicals, company uniforms, attendance, etc.).
Tracking of all receipts from purchases and check stubs, which are to be turned into main office in a timely manner for bookkeeping purposes.
Tracking of all labor hours utilized each day for payroll purposes.
Preparation of computer-generated estimates, form letters, and other necessary correspondence.
Cost analysis preparation upon completion of billing.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have estimating/sales experience
Working knowledge of plant materials
Proficient organizational/computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Creative, think outside the box
Organized, detailed orientated
Autonomous, self-starter
Motivational Leader
Multitasking
Collaboration in a professional team environment
WSDL and clean driving record required
Management experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Physical requirements:
This job operates in a professional field environment, outside in all weather conditions. This role also includes routine use of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Pay/Benefits:
$65,000 - $70,000 a year
