Qualified applicants will have:
A strong understanding of safety protocols
Proficiency in or willingness to learn asphalt shingles and metal installation
Proficiency with, or willing to learn use of roofing tools
Physical capability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
