POSITION SUMMARY: The Field Technician plays a vital role in executing property restoration projects with precision and efficiency. This position requires hands-on field experience and a strong work ethic. Technicians assist in Water, Fire, and Mold remediation projects while adhering to PuroClean Northwest’s documentation procedures and company-specified technologies. Under the direction of the Crew Chief, Technicians are responsible for performing assigned tasks, maintaining job site safety, and ensuring quality service. A commitment to learning, teamwork, and professionalism is essential, as this role interacts with various departments, including project managers, administrative staff, and leadership teams.
POSITION FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be willing to obtain Drug cleaning certification (Company-paid training)
Assist in water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup on water, fire, mold, and odor jobs.
Willingness to participate on biohazard and trauma jobs is highly preferred but is not required.
Must be able to wear full PPE and respirator.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must have a valid WA driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to drive and maintain company vehicles.
