Repossession Agent & Camera Car Drivers - Full & Part Time {Lynnwood & Auburn}
Compensation: Training pay starts between $18-$20 per hour. Once training is complete, repossession agents can make over $80,000, annually. Camera car operators pay varies based on performance.

Williams Recovery, LLC., is a small family-owned business. We are looking for repossession agents and camera car drivers for the Greater Seattle, Tacoma, and Everett areas {Snohomish, King and Pierce counties}, including outlying areas. Experience with RDN, MV Trac, Clearplan, Cleardata, Insightt, RC Mobile, & DRN is preferred. However, training the right candidate is available.
You must be a minimum of 24 years of age, self-motivated, with a clean driving record for the past five years, and pass drug and background checks.
Duties including driving from Bellingham to Olympia, scanning vehicles and utilizing RDN, Clearplan and DRN to aid agents in securing various types of vehicles and equipment. Please have your own transportation to our Bothell or Auburn locations. We expect you to be reliable, tidy and have great attention to detail.
Good communication, driving and computer skills are a requirement. Some training may be necessary; however, you must be able to work two weekend days a month, and nights {schedule may be flexible, but this is mainly a night time position, with the potential to work sometimes during the day}. It is our intent to send employees as a team.
Base pay with a bonus program for each position, once certain milestones are achieved. Informal performance reviews are generated weekly; however, permanent reviews are quarterly, with raises and bonuses based on performance.
