JOB: RECEPTIONIST
DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS
REPORTS TO: KEVIN ODEGARD
PAY SCALE: $20
This position requires the ability to work independently across multiple departments, attention to
detail and familiarity with MS Office.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to:
Multi-Task
MS Familiarity (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
Answer multi-line phone & transfer to the appropriate party
Scan & input documents
Assist other departments as needed.
Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will also have good customer service ability as well as a friendly demeanor to
interact with the public.
