READY MIX PLANT LABORER
COMPANY: Miles Sand & Gravel Company
LOCATION: Olympia, WA
POSITION TYPE: Full Time, Monday - Friday
HOURS: 7am - 5pm (times may vary with occasional Saturday)
APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: May 31, 2024 or until filled
COMPENSATION: $20.00 - $26.00
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Shovel and hose slurry off concrete slab.
Dump garbage cans.
General clean-up around plant.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Hardworking and dependable individual.
A self-starter who can 1) work independently, diligently and responsibly with minimal supervision 2) work as a member of a team 3) manage their time wisely 4) multi-task 5) meet a deadline 6) be a leader and be accountable.
Experience in operating a forklift.
Must be able to listen, follow directions and communicate with batch man and co-workers.
Have the ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Drug free.
