Part Time Maintenance Position -20hrs per week (Lacey) - MON-FRI from 9am-1pm.
We have a part-time maintenance position opening for our Storage facilities/Property management. Storageland has a facility at 8940 Martin Way E, Lacey, WA 98516 that we are looking to staff. Duties will include a wide variety with regards to storage, rentals, and landscaping- from mowing, blowing, raking and spraying the property, cleaning and sweeping out units, painting, latch changes, emptying garbage, cleaning gutters, caulking, pressure washing and renting storage units (basic administrative skills).
We are not looking for a professional in all these aspects, but general skills and experience would be a plus. We do drug test as well. Hours will be 20/week with a schedule of MON-FRI from 9am-1pm.
