Targa Real Estate Services is a property management company looking to fill a full-time maintenance position. Targa is a local family-owned business, we are currently looking to expand our team in the Federal Way area.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Maintaining grounds
- Completing work orders
- Unit turns
- Maintaining professional appearance and interactions with residents
- Providing excellent customer service
- Communicating with office staff regarding work order and turn status
- Keeping inventory of appliances and shop supplies
- After Hours emergency calls
Job requirements:
- Valid driver's license
