A strong understanding of safety protocols and effective use of hand and power tools is essential.
Responsibilities
Assess the extent of water damage and develop a restoration plan.
Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
Conduct mold remediation and ensure safe removal of contaminated materials.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks.
Clean affected areas, including carpets, walls, and furniture, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
Follow safety protocols to protect yourself and others during restoration activities.
Experience
Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred.
Familiarity with fire restoration techniques is a plus.
Knowledge of asbestos abatement procedures is beneficial.
Experience with carpet cleaning methods is advantageous.
Ability to work with various hand tools and power tools effectively.
