We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As part of our dedicated property management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial properties (including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants
Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and necessary repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
Work independently and as part of a team to address maintenance issues efficiently
Take emergency/after hours calls when needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
Strong communication skills and ability to take direction well
Must have a strong work ethic, good attendance, and punctuality
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
Basic tools to perform maintenance tasks
Clean background check
