Liberty Shores Senior Living is an 88-room assisted living and memory care facility where we are looking to add to our maintenance team. Our maintenance assistants perform routine maintenance, turn and remodel resident rooms, and complete a variety of tasks requested by residents and staff. We are looking for assistants who are self-driven and capable of completing tasks with little to no supervision. Experience in a maintenance or trade position is preferred. Special consideration will be given to applicants with painting experience. The position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, day shift. Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Mechanical knowledge and experience
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturer's manuals
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance a plus
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures and best practices
- Electrical experience is a plus
- Power tool knowledge and experience
