Simple Joys window and gutter cleaning is looking for 1 Field Technician to join our team. If you see this ad, we are still looking. Experience preferred, but absolutely not required. We will train the right person.
What is required however is enjoying the outdoors, rain or shine.
Not having a fear of heights and being able to move a 32ft ladder alone.
An experienced technician will make $25 to $30 and hour plus. I say plus because we have a very generous sales commission right now.
An inexperienced individual will go through a 3 week training process, climbing roofs, cleaning gutters, washing windows hanging Christmas lights, cleaning dryer vents, treating roofs pressure washing, siding cleanings. etc
Training pay will be 18 an hour, after 3 weeks if you feel ready to be on your own, you will get a company vehicle, gas card and immediately start earning 20 to 25 plus. This will vary as we do a performance based pay, that may take up to 3 months to really hone in on. Everyone is different, but as you progress, you will earn more. Expect to work alone once you graduate our training program.
