Seeking experienced painter to help build and lead a small painting crew in King County, WA. Company van and equipment provided for work travel after 30 days.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a small team of painters.
Oversee and execute preparation and painting at all stages.
Ensure safety and high-quality results.
Train junior painters and manage equipment.
Requirements:
10+ years of painting experience.
Leadership skills and painting expertise.
Speak Spanish and English.
Physically fit and able to travel for work.
Willing to prep and paint.
Team player.
Experience in residential new construction
Interior and exterior experience - stain work a plus!
Benefits:
$30/hour pay based on experience.
