We value partnerships with project managers, vendors, and employees delivering high-quality work on time. This is a sophisticated commercial company that is looking for a Landscaping Maintenance Lead.
Job Requirements:
A Landscaping Maintenance Lead is expected to manage the company’s commercial maintenance properties. This includes managing a team of laborers, performing physical labor, reporting to the Operations Manager and communicating with Property Managers. You will need to be as proactive as possible. In addition, the Lead needs to be able to drive a company vehicle and keep track of tools used. It is expected that the following requirements will be met prior to an application being presented to JH Landscaping & Irrigation.
- 1 to 2 years of Landscaping Management experience.
- Able to adeptly speak/write/read English (+ Spanish is a bonus) effectively.
- A valid driver’s license/documentation to work in Washington State with a clean driving record
- The ability to read emails, review calendars, and perform basic administrative skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in an effective manner.
- Reliable means of transportation to and from work.
