Looking for an experienced landscape maintenance lead to manage the crew and make sure all accounts on the route are being visited. Maintenance includes driving the truck / trailer (must have valid WA drivers license), mowing, edging, blowing, fertilizing, pruning, etc. The maintenance route is usually done over Thursdays - Fridays.
Other days of the week, jobs are both landscaping and construction. Will need to have experience in landscape work, such as: fence building, retaining walls, etc. Construction experience, such as: painting, able to measure/cut wood etc., using nailers and other job equipment, concrete forming/skills, etc. Experience is required but you don't have to know everything as skills will be taught during projects.
Jobsites are constantly changing, so you will need to be able to drive to each site or drive to our office area in Woodinville/Maltby area where you can park your car and carpool with other employees. The job is full-time - 40 hours - but overtime work is usually available.
Must know working English as sometimes communication with homeowners is necessary and must be able to communicate with company owner
