The position will report to our Landscape Maintenance Manager and will lead the exterior landscaping teams to create and maintain landscape design installations.
This is a full-time, year-round position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in providing direction and motivation for the crew.
Maintain a full knowledge of accounts
Ensure all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines.
Perform quality assurance/quality control of exterior maintenance services provided to all properties.
Participate in field work, as necessary.
Knowledge & familiarity with the landscaping field and maintenance best practices.
Must possess a valid WA driver's license with no more than 2 traffic volitions within the last 3 years.
Must be able to work full-time.
Able to lift and work in the field.
Ability to communicate clearly & effectively.
Pesticide license is a plus.

Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
