JOB DESCRIPTION: Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing furniture, fixtures, and office equipment. You'll also restock supplies, empty waste receptacles, sanitize restrooms, and perform floor care maintenance. Your role will also involve delivering premier customer service by promptly addressing maintenance concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities: - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. - Maintain punctuality by following posted schedules and communicating any absences promptly.
Additional Skills Preferred: Floor care maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing. Experience with carpet, upholstery, stone, metal, tile, grout, vinyl, wood, and concrete cleaning is advantageous.
Qualifications: - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Some related experience is preferred. - Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong desire to learn and adapt to new skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
