Information Technology Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Information Technology Specialist will oversee the daily technical operations, manage in-house data, provide usernames and passwords for systems, manage the company website, manage and troubleshoot our CRM database (ServiceTitan), and maintain critical IT systems (including printers, computers, network switches, access points, and telecom systems). The role ensures that the infrastructure is secure, efficient, and reliable. The IT Specialist will leverage proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address system issues, optimize IT investments, and delegate tasks or utilize outside resources when necessary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Perform duties and responsibilities for entities under our brand
Information Technology (IT):
Manage and optimize the organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across departments
Partner with offsite IT Team to safeguard data and systems through cutting-edge cybersecurity measures
Support organizational initiatives through the development and implementation of IT strategies and solutions
CRM Management:
Maintain and expand CRM capabilities to support operational needs and strategic goals
Serve as the primary advisor for CRM integration into new projects or initiatives
Develop standards and best practices for CRM data management and usage organization wide
Website Management:
Oversee all aspects of website functionality, ensuring alignment with the organizations mission and accessibility for users
Collaborate and partner with offsite IT management teams to co-manage website updates, including content, features, and integrations
Monitor online analytics to assess website performance and recommend improvements
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and web development teams for updates or redesigns
Application Management:
Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of organizational applications
Manage application performance, updates, and security patches for usability and efficiency
Collaborate with departments to select and deploy applications that meet operational needs
Provide technical support and training to ensure proper application use and adoption
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity
Advanced knowledge of GIS and CRM software (e.g., Service Titan)
Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, including implementation and maintenance
Understanding of IT best practices, disaster recovery strategies, and compliance standards
Skills:
Proficiency in IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting
Strong project management skills to oversee multiple technology initiatives
Advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaboration
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting for informed decision-making
Abilities:
Ability to design and implement technology strategies aligned with organizational goals
Manage IT, CRM, and digital initiatives in a high-pressure environment
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate them effectively
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively across multiple projects
Assign usernames and passwords for all platforms and systems
Perform tasks for multiple entities under the company's direction
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, GIS, or a related field (required)
Experience:
3-5 years of IT management experience, including familiarity with GIS, website management, and application management
Skills and Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity
CRM Management
ServiceTitan (Must obtain or possess ServiceTitan Administrator Certificate within 6 months)
