Hiring steel building erector also need guy with concrete experience

I’m looking for someone that has experience in steel buildings or is interested in learning and erecting steel buildings. I also need a local guy that can get to the job on his own and had concrete experience. Call Luke 971-517-6494 and go to work today. I prefer a guy that wants to learn. Pay will range from 20-30 an hour depending on experience. If you’ve never done steel buildings you must be willing to admit that and take the pay grade given for an apprentice level employee. Must be able to show up and not call in every other week or day. Generally work 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, Within hours of 6 am to 6pm. I work most Saturdays but I usually cut guys slack because they can barely put in 25 around here with out falling apart. Must be confident working under 10 feet high on ladders and scissor lifts up to 20 feet. Must Have strength to do the job and handle small power tools. Drills, band saw etc. Must be able to handle working in the elements of the PNW. Preferably not to sensitive, I didn’t grow up in Seattle, I’m a combat vet, I am not acclimated to the culture here.
