Part-time (20-24 hours per week) - Seeking a semi-retired individual with solid handyman skills and property maintenance skills to care for a property on 5 acres in Snohomish off Hwy. 2.
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION.
The ideal person can manage basic tasks and be self-reliant and a self-starter. Likes being outdoors. Laid back and nice personality.
Basic Duties include:
Taking care of park like setting of the residence.
Mowing, Weeding, Trimming, Leaf Removal (in Fall)
Maintaining Equipment and tools necessary to manage the property
Be able to clean gutters, rooftops.
Power wash as necessary
Basic handyman jobs such as changing light bulbs, light repairs, filters, etc.
Dump runs every couple of weeks (paid by owner)
Ideal person gets along very well with others and has a heart of service for elderly and other property staff.
This is a really great job for someone looking for part time work and likes to putter around a beautiful property and work outdoors.
