We are seeking an experienced skilled Groundskeeper for our North Seattle upscale apartment community client. Join our team as a Groundkeeper and contribute to creating beautiful outdoor environments that enhance our community’s appeal!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Rate of Pay: $24 Per hour
Must pass a background check in accordance to family housing and a 5 Panel Drug Screen
This is a Temp to Perm Opportunity
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Cuts lawns; trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls.
Rakes and blows leave off of the roof and other surfaces and dispose of leaves.
Cleans grounds of debris and removes litter from around dumpsters.
Shovels snow from walks and driveways.
Spreads ice-melt product on public passageways to prevent ice buildup.
Pressure wash.
Waters lawn and shrubs.
Cleans up job debris and puts tools away daily and at the completion of job assignments.
Attends all required internal and external training sessions.
Performs all other job-related duties as necessary.
