Description:
-We are a Geoduck Farming company based out of Shelton. We are currently in the need for some hard working people to help us on upcoming low tides. We will provide boat transportation from our shop to the beaches. Most of the work will revolve around either pulling or placing pvc tubes on our beaches and pulling, lifting, stacking, filling bags with said tubes.
Requirements
-Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, for the whole shift.
-must be able to lift 40 pounds repetitively
-must be able to bend over, lift, pull, climb, and squat.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in a laborer or construction role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
