As a full-service facilities maintenance company serving Seattle to retailers, financial institutions, restaurants, and government agencies with complete facilities maintenance solutions.
We are looking for qualified individuals to help our expansion. Field Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, making repairs, and completing maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Technicians are dispatched to complete general building repairs to numerous client locations throughout the State.
If offered the position you may be required to work evenings, weekends, and emergency call schedules (on-call). We're looking for a maintenance technician who has general experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Drywall installation, Exterior stucco, Concrete, Plaster, Paint, Flooring, etc.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Dispatch in company vehicle to perform general repairs to commercial locations throughout throughout the State.
Install new equipment, fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
Keeps company vehicles in good running condition.
Prepare service reports, document work completed, and communicate with dispatch and supervisor as required.
Performs special assignments and tasks as required or assigned.
Be courteous, professional, and offer excellent customer service to clients and co-workers.
Able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work, as well as to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to follow directions and procedures as well as multi-task.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to climb ladders.
Must have a valid driver’s license
