We provide artwork and art consulting services to the architect and design community, including hospitality, multi-family, healthcare and residential with our in-house painting and digital studios, and our vast image library.
What we Need
Grand Image is hiring a part-time Fulfillment Associate to support the hands-on packaging and shipping of custom, printed artwork orders. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of fulfillment processes and be willing to support the last crucial step in print production before the product ships to our customers. This role will directly report to the Fulfillment Manager while supporting print production, and internal project teams.
What You’ll Do
Adhere to quality control processes while handling artwork.
Support daily artwork packing and on time deliveries.
Coordinate and Schedule freight pickups, when necessary.
Manage Daily Shipping Queue from an internal ordering system.
Work Cross-Functionally with Project Management and Production teams to support ship tracking of orders and problem solving when issues arise.
Coordinate Parcel metering (UPS Worldship, FedEx online)
Communicate minimum inventory levels for packing materials to Fulfillment manager.
Assist in tracking original artwork inventory, may assist with inventory counts.
Receive deliveries (pallets, freight, packages) and distribute them to appropriate areas or recipients.
Support customer pick-up (will call) process.
General support (e.g., fetching mail from PO box, maintaining a clean area, taking out trash, etc.)
What You’ll Have
High School Diploma, and/or associate degree.
Able to work independently.
Ability to lift 50lb+ and climb ladders.
Attention to detail and quality control.
Positive attitude and hungry to learn about fulfillment.
Previous experience in fulfillment is a plus!
