North Star Casteel is a Steel Foundry Located in Seattle with a production facility in Seattle. We are currently looking to fill full-time, long-term positions in manufacturing. We make specialty metal parts primarily for the transportation industries.
The entry-level employee will have a variety of duties that require occasional heavy lifting, learning to use machines, power tools, and forklifts as needed. Jobs are unique to our industry and we will provide training as needed.
Those with manufacturing experience or prior skills may be directed to training in our skilled positions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Knowledgeable with computers and able to learn new computer systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any Foundry Experience
- Manufacturing Experience including welding or mechanical skills.
SCHEDULE:
- Part Time – 24-30hrs a week, potential for full time as becomes available.
PAY AND BENEFITS:
- $21.50 per hour to start for entry-level
Pay is increased after one successful month on the job.
- Medical & dental is available after 90 days, Paid Time Off available after 90 days
