A high-end automotive collision repair shop with state-of-the-art computers and equipment is looking for the best qualified full-time Estimator/Customer Advocate to join our team. Our shop has been open since 1994 and has been certified by many car manufacturers of both traditional and electric vehicles. We do not belong to any DRP (direct repair program), so most of our estimators strive to achieve full reimbursement from insurance companies by advocating as a liaison between customers and insurance companies.
We are looking for a rock star who has a vision to create one of the best body shops in town. The Estimator/Customer Advocate will be responsible for assessing and estimating the cost of repairs for vehicles, communicating with customers and insurance companies and ensuring the timely completion of repair jobs. Must maintain and stay current with all the shop’s certification training. Short and infrequent travel for training may be required for the right candidate. We use extensive metrics to measure performance and sales, and we compensate highly based on this performance.
