Qualifications

Able to operate efficiently in dusty conditions and navigate uneven terrain.

Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights, such as on scaffolding and in crawlspaces.

Eager to follow directions and carry out tasks as required.

Must have basic carpentry tools, including a tool belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.

Basic understanding of construction practices and job site organization.

Positive attitude, self-awareness, and a respectful approach toward coworkers.

Basic familiarity with safety and health protocols, with ongoing training provided.

Reliable transportation is optional.

Must have U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

Keep the job site clean, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.

Support site preparation tasks, such as digging trenches.

Work systematically and take responsibility for your duties.

Communicate ideas and information clearly; show curiosity and resourcefulness.

Prioritize the safety of yourself and your team.

Help ensure job site security, protecting personnel, tools, and materials.

Occasionally drive a company vehicle based on site needs, with a clean motor vehicle report required.

Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Benefits

Starting hourly wage of $23.00.

$1,500 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
