Qualifications
demolition tasks, proficient with both power and hand tools, drywall removal, hack saws, sledgehammers, interior demolition, construction, and general labor
Skilled at taking down drywall and ceiling panels
Must relocate to Seattle before beginning employment (Required)
Responsibilities
Removing drywall, ceiling panels, blocks, and brick façades
Cutting steel studs with a hack saw, demolishing walls with a sledgehammer, and removing boxes and mounts with hand tools
Stripping flooring, carpets, shingles, and performing comprehensive interior demolition tasks
Benefits
Hourly rate: $19.52 - $25.00
Weekly schedule: 40 – 50 hours
8-hour work shifts
