Saltchuck Construction needs a Construction Expeditor with general construction experience. We are looking for a candidate who can work closely with both field crews and project managers to keep each job moving forward smoothly, as well as track supplies and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
General Construction Labor
Work with the owner to ensure supplies and materials are at the job site prior to work commencing, including ordering and delivering
Pickup and return of materials when needed
Assist with the completion of project punch lists
Assist in ad-hoc maintenance requests
Assist in prep for final inspections
High-level administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in general construction
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multitask
Ability to pivot tasks as priorities change
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual, Spanish/English
Hours: 30-40hrs M-F, no overtime
Pay: DOE
