We are a builder, developer, and general contractor based in Puyallup. While we own some of our projects, much of what we do is client driven. The vast majority of our work is within 25 minutes of our offices.
Looking for a construction laborer to assist carpenters and project managers on residential remodels and new construction projects. 40 hours/week, $22-27/hr. Potential for raises following a 90 day probationary period. We will help with carpentry training and purchasing tools following this period. The company will provide basic safety equipment such as gloves, hard hats, and safety goggles.

Pay is based upon experience, tools, and other factors. Must be able to perform physical labor for 8 hours daily. This may include:
- Assisting carpenters
- Sweeping
- Bagging and loading debris
- Pick and shovel work
- Concrete hammering
- Material delivery
- Job site organization
- Dust protection
- Weatherization
You'll be doing something new just about every day and learning about the industry as you go!
Must be aware of safety and follow guidelines at all times!
The right candidate will have at least some experience around construction, have basic hand and power tools. Preferably the candidate will have a truck or work van. If you have experience driving a truck and trailer, we may have you perform material deliveries and dump runs.
