A to Z Job Description:
A – About Me
I’m a one-man crew running a growing decorative concrete business. I specialize in high-quality driveways, patios, walkways, foundations, and more. I’m looking for someone reliable to build with—not just a laborer, but someone who can eventually run jobs alongside me.
B – Big Picture
This isn’t a giant company—you won’t get lost in a crew of 20 guys. You’ll be working directly with me every day, learning the trade, and becoming a key part of the operation.
C – Core Responsibilities
Help with setup, prep work, forming, gravel, and rebar
Assist with pours, screeding, bull floating, edging, and finishing
Help clean up job sites and load/unload tools
Learn how to do decorative concrete and stamp work over time
D – Desired Traits
You show up on time, every time
You’re teachable, respectful, and hardworking
You don’t mind physical labor or early mornings
You’re motivated to learn and grow
E – Experience
Experience is a bonus, but not required. I’ll teach the right person everything they need to know, as long as they’re dependable and eager to work.
F – Fit
If you’ve worked in landscaping, construction, or general labor and liked it, this will be a great fit. If you’re someone who needs to be pushed constantly—this won’t work.
G – Growth Opportunity
I’m not looking for a helper—I’m looking for someone who wants to grow into a lead. You’ll learn every aspect of the business and could eventually run full jobs.
H – Hours
Start times are early (6–7am). Hours vary based on job size and weather. Winter work is slow. Working on different business for that. I work until the job is done right, not just until the clock runs out.
I – Integrity First
I take pride in my work and expect the same. If you care about doing things the right way, you’ll fit in great.
J – Job Type
Full-time or part-time depending on availability and jobs. Long-term preferred.
K – Keep It Simple
You don’t need a resume. Just shoot me a message with:
Your name
Experience (if any)
Why you’re interested
Your phone number
L – License & Transportation
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable way to get to the job sites or meet point.
M – Must-Haves
Positive attitude
Good communication
No drama
Willingness to hustle and take pride in your work
N – No-Frills
This is hands-on, physical, outdoor work. No air conditioning, no office, no fluff. Just real work and real opportunity.
O – Opportunity Awaits
This is the start of something big. If you prove yourself, you’ll be part of something that grows—and I’ll take care of those who help build it.

Compensation
$18–$30/hr depending on experience
