The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for leading a Landscape Maintenance Crew of up to 8 members to maintain our completed landscape projects through the I-5 corridor/ Western Washington. This person will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, promoting worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, attention to detail in services rendered and exhibits pride and quality workmanship.
Essential Duties
Work closely with Project Management team on a daily basis.
Maintenance of commercial grade irrigation systems.
Operation and maintenance of commercial lawn mowers, tools and vehicles
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Teaching and training team members to ensure proper procedures are followed and ensure quality of work is achieved.
Forecasting equipment, labor and materials needed to ensure efficient production. Perform highly physical maintenance work on a consistent basis.
Directing, overseeing and participating in work performed by the team. This is a very hands-on position and requires this person to perform any task asked of the team. You will be expected to work alongside them.
Understand and meet schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.
Enter, review, sign off, and submit team time cards by the required deadline.
Attend training classes and seminars as requested by management.

Requirements:
· 5 years minimum commercial landscape construction experience (no exceptions)
· Must have valid driver's license and be able to provide your own reliable transportation
to job site or carpool location every day.
· Must have Commercial Pesticide Applicators License.
· Must be able to pass drug test. We are a drug free organization.
· Must have verifiable documentation authorization to work in the United States.
· Ability to work overtime, weekends, and possibly, although rarely, holidays
· Requires landscape and irrigation background.
· Crew management experience a must.
