Cabbros Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking candidates to work as custodian, carpet cleaner, & floor waxer. The buildings to service are in the Centralia/Chehalis area. You are required to have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Also, you need to be self-motivated, comfortable working alone, responsible, trustworthy, and detailed oriented.
The evening hours will generally be from 5pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday. About 20-25 hours per week. This is a part time position with the possibility of more hours in the future.
Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the proper person who we feel has the most potential, interest and dedication to this job.
There may also be day jobs that will consist of litter pick up, pressure washing, window cleaning, & junk removal.
The evening janitorial position will consist of,
- collecting garbage
- refilling soap, stocking toilet paper and paper towels
- dusting and removing cobwebs
- clean entrance windows
- thoroughly clean bathrooms and kitchens
- vacuum and sweep floors
- mop floors
- make sure the building is locked, and lights are turned off at the end of the night.
