Job Overview:
Hoskins Construction is a contracting company known for delivering high-quality construction projects in King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced construction workers to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various remodeling tasks, possess a strong understanding of construction principles and most importantly know the use of hand tools.
Duties:
- Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, and general labor.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Fabricate and install structures such as cabinets, countertops, and shelving
- Hang doors and windows with precision
- Lay tiles for flooring and walls
- Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials
- Perform trim carpentry to enhance the aesthetics of spaces
- Utilize hand tools effectively for detailed work
- Execute frame carpentry for structural integrity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction industry.
- Ability to work full-time with a strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willing to provide photos of previous work to demonstrate skills and experience.
- Must pass a drug test before being hired.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools usage
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team.
