I'm a Senior citizen, with a car that started draining my battery and would not start.
Purchased a new battery, best quality and performance one for my car. Worked for the day but was dead after sitting for a week.
Friends and neighbors gave advice, could be alternator, could be starter, could be electrical short etc.
Decided to look up a mobile repair as car was stuck in my driveway, thought may get better deal than towing to auto shop
Called Jacobs Alexey, owner of Auto Angel Mobile Services, explained issue and asked if he was able to diagnose and fix these problems especially if it was an electronic issue, would he be able to fix it. He assured me he and a nephew he was training could and would also guarantee the work.
They went through diagnostic testing, said it was my starter, replaced it, showed me the new and old part. I paid him $420. 00.
Week later went out to start my car, it was dead again, phoned and emailed Jacob for weeks, noreply. His phone sends me to a recording, emails are delivered but get no response.
Guess I got taken, feel like a fool, I come from and age where you could trust people so I still give people respect and trust they are better than liars and thieves.
Posting this in the hopes some other elderly person is warned, that it may save them from my fate.
