Help them, Counsel them, Coach them, Guide them, etc.Assist employees/candidates with understanding the process and importance for entering of their hours weekly and how to do it correctly and efficiently each week in order to be paid on time.Help/Assist if errors occur or mishaps/misunderstandings happen.Be able to keep a professional behavior when working with employees/candidates that are frustrated, upset or struggling to understand.Have a strong ability to multi-task.Be able to work in multiple platforms and programs throughout the day.Follow though and follow up must be strong. Comfortable with taking notes and referring back to them over and over again.Documentation is a must. Everything-each conversation, each phone call, each email.Be able to initiate hard/difficult conversations, counsel on hard/difficult topics.Be comfortable reaching out to HR when needed for guidance/word tracks.Prescreening candidates, sending out applications,Strong ability to navigate and populate spreadsheets.Managing and executing ideas to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.Actively and consistently informing employees of safety policies, standard methods, and updatesDriving and executing process improvements based on feedback.Work with different departments (Recruiters/Talent Advisors/Managers) for collaboration, meetings & ideas.Work with leads and managers on everything hatchery related.Completing HR investigations as needed-documenting everything involved.Creating orders in our system (Kelly StaffNet & Bullhorn)Processing, submitting, and uploading customer specific documents.Strong ability to manage over a hundred calls a day.Communication via phone, email, text will be crucial in this position.Greeting and assisting walk-insProficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract languageAbility to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.Results-Oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.Flexibility will be key.Taking on new tasks as neededBest candidates for this position would be compassionate, empathic, caring, kind, very understanding, etc. Must have patience.Have a strong ability to properly manage an Outlook calendar with calls and meetings.Be flexible with hours available to work as needed. Hours could vary in the hours of 7am to 6pmHave the ability to work from home if needed due to staffing or weather issues.Must take laptop home every day-just in case.Be open to work overtime if needed.Must work well under pressure. Can be high stress environment.Must be able to take Direction/Criticism from Coworkers, Recruiters and Managers.
