Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources and Office Manager!

Evergreen home exteriors is a well established home improvement company. In addition to being the largest Deck Builder in the state of Washington, we also offer interior remodeling, Siding, Windows, Roofing and Solar panel installations. We also have our own Electrical team our license to perform electrical.

With all of this going on, we need strong management. If you are organized, resourceful, and ready to make a difference? We're on the lookout for a dedicated individual to manage our human resources and office operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and vendor relations.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a positive work environment.

- Coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related functions.

- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

- Support company growth initiatives through strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Previous experience in human resources management and office administration required.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software platforms.

Compensation ranges from a starting salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year

Medical after 60 days

paid vacation time (1week per year)
