We also work with real estate agents to help them clean out homes to prepare the homes to be put on the market for sale.
NextStep Transitions Seeks Passionate Senior Move Manager

NextStep Transitions, a leading senior relocation and rightsizing company, is seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Move Manager.
In this role, you will:
Guide seniors through the emotional and logistical challenges of downsizing and relocating.
Work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized plans, and manage every step of the transition.
Organize packing, sorting, decluttering, and donation processes with sensitivity and respect.
Liaise with real estate agents, moving companies, and senior living communities to ensure a seamless move.
Offer emotional support and guidance to clients and their families during this sensitive time.

Bonus points:
Experience in social work, gerontology, or senior care is a plus.
Certification as a Senior Move Manager (SMSM) or Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS) is a bonus.
